Do I pay before I hear it?
No. You hear the first minute of your finished song before paying anything, so you know what you're getting. If it isn't quite right, you can change your answers and make it again before you buy.
How long does it take?
Usually about two minutes from the moment you finish the questions, and you'll hear it right on the page.
What if we got a detail wrong?
If a name or detail in the lyrics is wrong, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll fix it at no cost.
What do I receive?
A private song page with the full song, the lyrics and your message, plus a file to download and a link to share.
How is my song made?
We write the lyrics from your answers and produce the song with modern music technology, including AI. That's why it can be ready in minutes, and why you can hear it before you pay.
Can I make a song for someone we've lost?
Yes. Choose "In loving memory" and the song is written gently, as a tribute.
Is my story kept private?
What you share is used to make and deliver your song, and only shared with the services that help us do that. We never sell it. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can I get a refund?
Because each song is made to order and you hear a preview before paying, sales are final once the song is delivered. If something's wrong with it, such as a file that won't play, contact us and we'll put it right. Our refund policy has the details.
